Flexible Packaging Solutions and Materials
We specialize in manufacturing flexible packaging (Flexible Packaging), providing the raw materials needed to secure and protect your products in line with the requirements of automated packaging machines. We rely on a wide range of advanced materials, including:
Biaxially oriented polypropylene films (BOPP): in its various types (transparent, metallized, pearlized, and matte).
Cast polypropylene (CPP): in both standard and metallized types (CPP MZ).
Polyester films (PET): (transparent, metallized, and matte).
Polyamide films (PA): whether cast or blown (Cast & Blown Film).
Polyethylene (PE), aluminum foil, and paper.
We process and convert these materials to produce multi-layer packaging structures that meet both the functional and aesthetic requirements of each product.
Production Process Stages
The quality of our products relies on a precise production sequence that goes through the following stages:
Printing stage: we use the latest flexographic printing machines (Flexographic Printing) to ensure color accuracy and design clarity.
Lamination stage (Lamination): based on a detailed study of customer requirements, we combine multiple layers (Multilayer Structure) to produce a single material that integrates various technical properties (such as insulation, strength, and flexibility).
Slitting stage (Slitting): this is the final stage for "Roll Stock" products, where rolls are cut into the required dimensions with high precision.
Forming stage (upon request): we offer various forming options, including:
